For more than 15 years, Francesco Paolo toiled in the kitchens of multiple Italian restaurants learning the craft of creating fine Italian dishes.  In 1985, he decided it was time to open his own restaurant and he established Dominic's Italian Restaurant at 453 Avenel Street in the Avenel section of Woodbridge Township.  732-726-3355.
